Copywriting is a big part of my identity. I really enjoy what I do, which people tell me is rare, so I'm very blessed indeed to have a skill I actually enjoy.
I didn't wake up one day and suddenly go, "I want to be a copywriter!" I don't think anybody does! I worked in radio, a multichain bookstore, a tertiary institution of education... and all throughout, it was the writing aspect I enjoyed the most. So I've decided, writing is what I want to do when I grow up! (Yes, I haven't quite grown up yet π)
Apart from writing, I enjoy artisanal soapmaking, animal communication, musicals, lounging in my hammock on a good day (rare in Belgium!) and pizza!

I am familiar with most Microsoft Word and Google suite services. I also own subscriptions to SEO software such as Semrush, KWfinder, Ubersuggest, NeuronWriter, WriterZen; AI text and image generation tools such as Jasper, ClosersCopy, LongShot, AISEO, AI Content Labs, GoCharlie, Word Hero, Nichessss, and more; as well as design tools - I have learned how to use Adobe suite tools such as Photoshop and InDesign, however they are less user-friendly and I have thus pivoted to tools such as Canva Pro and Simplified.
I do not own a car, so my main modes of transportation are an e-bike to the nearest train station (probably Gent-Sint-Pieters), and then via train.
